The Govt. Institute for Slow Learners Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed e-bids from eligible security service providers for the provision of comprehensive security services for the campus and centre buses during the financial year 2026-27. Bid validity is two months from the date of tender opening. Only one bidder representative or the bidder themselves is permitted to attend the opening ceremony.
