Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam invites sealed electronic bids from renowned security service providers for the hiring of armed and unarmed security guards to provide comprehensive security services at SAU Tandojam main campus and its satellite campus at Umerkot and constituent college at Khairpur Mirs for a period of one year, with provision for further extension of one or two years on satisfactory performance. The contract shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended to date), with funding sourced from the university's own resources. Security personnel must be retired army staff only, aged between 35 and 50 years, deployed on twelve-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM day shift and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM night shift), and compensated at Sindh Government rate wages as updated.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Ministry of Interior or the concerned Home Department and must submit their bids electronically through EPADS system with proper indexing and page numbering. All mandatory and required documents must be attached in Annex or Tagging format. Bidders are required to sign and stamp each and every page of the tender document. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract based on evaluation criteria set out in this tender document.

The Authority will evaluate technical and financial proposals separately, with contract award made to the bidder whose bid is responsive and offers the best overall value.
