Description / Scope of Work
The Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore, Punjab, invites competitive sealed bids from registered contractors and firms for rehabilitation of three corridor sections of the Pakistan Metrobus System (PMSS) in Islamabad. The procurement comprises three separate packages: Package-I covering rehabilitation of a corridor section from Islamabad to Pakistan Secretariat with an estimated cost of Rs 322.107 million, Package-II covering another Islamabad corridor section with an estimated cost of Rs 319.736 million, and Package-III covering a third corridor section with an estimated cost of Rs 251.651 million. The total estimated project value across all three packages exceeds Rs 893 million. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eProcurement Portal) and possess active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and Pakistan Revenue Authority respectively.
Eligibility requires bidders to be technically and financially responsive. Bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated project cost must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing deadline. Only bidders who pass technical evaluation shall be shortlisted to proceed to financial bid opening. Conditional tenders and bids submitted by hand, telegraph, or post are not acceptable. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System platform.
Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://ep.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted on the eProcurement System on or before 05-10-2026 at 09:30 AM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 10:00 AM.
