This is a multi-category supply contract for a government police training institution covering consumables (stationery, medicines, POL) and miscellaneous services totalling Rs.
14.6 million across six separate line items. The bidder must register separately for each category and meet a two-year experience threshold. Opening is 05.10.2026 with closing 30.06.2027, suggesting a full-year supply arrangement. The relatively modest per-item budgets and consumable focus suggest this suits established local SME suppliers; security deposit requirements and strict documentation rules apply.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR/PRA as active taxpayers, hold professional tax certification, and possess GST registration. Minimum two years relevant experience required. Typically, for supply of goods contracts, SECP registration is expected if operating as a company. Affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status and authentic documentation is mandatory. Bidders must be authorised dealers for their respective categories.
