Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Hazro, District Attock, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers and authorised sales and service dealers for framework contracts covering two packages: Package 1 encompasses day-to-day local purchase and emergency procurement of medicines, surgical items, disposable items and UHI medicines with an estimated cost of 6.5 million Pakistani Rupees; Package 2 covers miscellaneous and general store items including dental items with an estimated cost of 1.5 million Rupees. Both contracts are for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through E PROCUREMENT PUNJAB of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and is open to all eligible bidders registered on the platform.
Bidders must be eligible suppliers not associated with consulting firms engaged by the Procuring Agency. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if they are legally and financially autonomous, operate under commercial law and are not dependent agencies. Each bidder must provide bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque or online transfer from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidders are required to quote fixed prices inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies; no price negotiations are permitted. Tax registration certificates must be provided and applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E PROCUREMENT PUNJAB portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk until 05 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on E PROCUREMENT PUNJAB on or before 05 October 2026, no later than 11:00 AM; bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
