Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites sealed bids from suppliers, contractors and companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) for the renovation and construction of an official building at Tanki No. 03 in Nishter Town, Lahore. The project is valued at Rs. 29,995,000 and is being procured through single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must hold valid licenses from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10, possess active files with FBR and BNTN, and be registered with the PPRA. The work involves comprehensive renovation and construction activities at the official premises located in Nishter Town, Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC licensing in specified categories, maintain active tax registration with FBR, and meet all PPRA regulatory requirements. A digital bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 149,975) is required and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bids must include a valid professional tax certificate issued by the Excise and Taxation Department for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders are required to submit soft copies as per PPRA Regulations 2024, and hard copies will not be accepted.
Bidding documents are available on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 5 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day through the e-Procurement System. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of payment release as per Government of Punjab rules.
