Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the renovation of the foot path from 1-F/G to Metro Store / Gourmet Bakery Link Road in Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. This is a single stage single envelope bidding procedure open to contracting firms with valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The project scope encompasses footpath rehabilitation and improvement works connecting residential and commercial areas within the Model Town locality, enhancing pedestrian infrastructure and community accessibility.
Eligible bidders must possess valid enlistment status with Model Town Society as a contracting firm. The Society will only accept sealed bids delivered before the specified deadline, and late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to formal acceptance. Bidders are advised to obtain detailed tender documents from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during working hours by submitting a written request.
Detailed tender documents are available from the Civil Engineer's office at Model Town Society during regular working hours upon written request to the undersigned. Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 1:00 P.M on 06-10-2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of any authorized representative of the bidder. Clarifications regarding the tender can be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours.
