Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Liaquatpur, operating under the Health & Population Department of Punjab, invites competitive bids for framework contracts covering multiple categories of procurement for the financial year 2026-27. The scope encompasses purchase of pathology laboratory, blood bank and dental items; stationery and printing supplies; general store and miscellaneous items; linen products; supply of medical gases; and procurement of miscellaneous equipment parts. These are framework agreements intended to streamline procurement processes and ensure steady supply of essential hospital consumables and materials throughout the fiscal year, supporting operational continuity and patient care delivery across all hospital departments.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant statutory authorities as per procurement rules applicable in Punjab. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, along with documentary evidence of their eligibility, technical capability, and financial standing. Manufacturers' authorization certificates, proof of business registration (NTN/SECP), and compliance documentation with applicable standards and regulations are mandatory. Joint ventures are permitted subject to submission of required information from all member organizations.
