The Govt. Gunj Shakar Special Education Complex, Okara invites electronic bids from registered manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and contractors for the procurement of approximately 918 uniforms and related items for 306 special students (boys and girls), with an allocation of 3 items per student. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2,400,000 for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is for the supply of school uniforms and shoes to support the special education programme in Okara, Punjab.
Participating firms must be registered for income tax and sales tax purposes with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5 percent of the total quoted value through electronic payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System using the e-Challan facility of Bank of Punjab. The quoted price must be inclusive of all taxes, and sales tax and income tax will be deducted at source according to applicable rates. Technical bids will be opened first and evaluated; only technically responsive bidders will be permitted to participate in the financial bid evaluation.
