Supplier opportunity for approximately 495 school uniforms and shoes for special needs students in a public institute.
Estimated value Rs. 135,000 suggests modest per-unit pricing; likely a single-year procurement for 2026-27 rather than a recurring framework. Bidders must be tax-registered and capable of rapid mobilization through e-procurement. Competition likely from established uniform dealers in Punjab. Technical evaluation precedes financial bid, so quality and specification compliance are critical gatekeepers.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold current Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. Firm must be owned or represented by the proprietor signing the bid; sole proprietor or registered entity. No blacklisting, suspension or debarment by PPRA. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bid security of 5% of quoted value required upfront.
