Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Transmission Headquarters in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under tender reference FST/TE/056/26 with procurement ID P127024. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet all eligibility criteria and evaluation standards outlined in the detailed bidding documents.
E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/127024. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
