Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of tyres, tubes and flappers under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2186305 (P101887) for the financial year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is open to all eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 nationwide.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be properly registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform prior to submission. The bidding process follows the procurement guidelines and regulations issued by the relevant authority. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1:00 PM through the EPADS v2.0 system. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
