Description / Scope of Work
A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockiest, wholesale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors for the purchase of miscellaneous electrical and plumbing items. The tender is issued by DCN Narowal on a F.O.R Narowal basis. Tender reference DCN-09(26/27)09(ii) covers procurement of electrical and plumbing items with specifications to be provided in the tender documents. The scope involves supply of miscellaneous items required for operations in Narowal, Federal region. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers or proprietors possessing valid GST registration and their own operational offices. An earnest money deposit of 2 percent of the quoted value must be submitted in the form of a call, pay order or cheque favoring the Accounts Officer DCN Narowal, P.O. Box No. 14. Tender documents cost Rs. 1,000 non-refundable is payable to the Admin Officer DCN Narowal through call, pay order, cash or cheque. Tender not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected. Rate validity must be 90 days.
Bid documents may be obtained after providing documentary evidence and written request addressed to Admin Officer DCN Narowal upon payment of Rs. 1,000 non-refundable. Sealed quotations must be submitted by 07-10-2026 at 1200 hours with envelope super scribed with the tender notice number. The tender will be opened on 07-10-2026 at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Bidders must bring I.D. card during collection of tender documents.
