Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is procuring non-consultancy services for the provision of CIR Internet connectivity. This is a national-level procurement with reserved funds allocated for the financial year 2026-27. The contract aims to provide internet services to support the ministry's operations, with the procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The scope of work includes installation, maintenance, and provision of internet connectivity services as detailed in the bill of quantities and services specifications provided in the bidding document.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit bids through the electronic platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, demand draft, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any regulations and instructions issued by the authority. The evaluation will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a single stage-two envelope procedure.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
