Karachi Metropolitan University invites bids for renovation, repair and maintenance works at its main campus located in Karachi, Sindh. The tender, referenced as KMU/M&R/01/2026, was originally advertised on 4 September 2026 with a bid submission deadline of 22 September 2026. Following an extension, the revised last date for submission of bids is now 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 AM. Bidders are advised that relevant drawings have been uploaded to the university's official website and SPPRA e-PADIS system as Addendum/Corrigendum No. 01, and these shall form an integral part of the tender and bidding documents.

Bid documents are available for download from the KMU website and SPPRA e-PADIS portal. Bids must be submitted by 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening to follow at 10:30 AM the same day.
