The Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing, invites tenders for the installation of solar LED street lights across four packages in LDA City (Jinnah Sector) under the PPRA-38 (2) (a) single-stage two-envelope procedure. The project encompasses four distinct packages with estimated costs ranging from 19.092 million to 435.112 million Pakistani rupees, covering comprehensive solar LED street light installation works including materials, labor, and related services. All packages are located in Lahore, Punjab, and are being procured through the Punjab e-Procurement System to ensure transparency and competitiveness.
Eligible bidders must be registered engineering firms or contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) licenses in relevant categories (C-2, C-3), active NTN (National Tax Number), and active SECP registration. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted digitally through the e-procurement portal in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security equivalent to the specified percentage of the estimated cost must accompany each submission, processed digitally through the Bank of Punjab in coordination with the procurement authority.
Bidding documents are available immediately upon publication on the Punjab e-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Interested contractors must register on the e-Procurement portal before submitting bids. Technical proposals will be opened on the tender opening date, with financial proposals opened subsequently after technical evaluation. The submission deadline is 09:30 AM on 07-10-2026, with tender opening scheduled for 10:00 AM the same day. Tender rates and amounts must be quoted in figures and words as per bill of quantities provided. All inquiries and bid submission must be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System; no telegraphic or postal submissions are accepted.
