Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of lightning accessories under tender reference RM/02/26-27. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process with a tender fee of Rs. 2,000. Bid documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender is open to eligible suppliers across Sindh province, with submission of bids permitted from September 14, 2026 through October 2, 2026 until 3:00 PM.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities. Bid security is required in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in the amount of Rs. 70,000, payable to IBA Karachi. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. Bidders are required to submit their tender documents and bids along with copies of bid security and supporting documents via the SPPRA ePADS portal. The original bid security and original bid, duly signed and stamped, must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening schedule.
Tender documents can be obtained from both the IBA and SPPRA ePADS websites. Only uploaded bids along with supporting documents will be accepted for evaluation; in case of contradiction between EPADS-submitted and manually submitted bids, the EPADS version will prevail. Bids will be opened on October 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM at the IBA premises in the presence of bidders' representatives.
