For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NUST seeks stationery and consumable suppliers for its schools during FY 2026-27—a recurring institutional procurement likely spanning multiple item categories (paper, writing instruments, folders, etc.).
Scale appears medium to large given a major university's annual consumption across multiple campuses. Notable constraint: mandatory PPRA e-procurement registration and e-PADS submission; this disqualifies unregistered suppliers. Tight turnaround from notice to bid opening (same day, 30-minute window). Tender processing fee of PKR 5,000 is gatekeeping; suppliers should verify they're genuinely registered before committing.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on e-PADS platform—a mandatory, not optional, requirement. No PEC category cited (non-construction). No SECP/NTN registration explicitly stated, but typically required for legal suppliers in Pakistan. Bidders should confirm current PPRA registration status and e-PADS access before tendering.
