Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Professional Series Laptops for the Information Technology Services department at its Lahore Campus. The procurement is planned under FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this purpose. This is a goods supply contract under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The tender reference is 4763-36757 with procurement identity P127408.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The amount of bid security is described in the Bid Data Sheet section of the bidding document.
