Description / Scope of Work
The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Science and Technology Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the re-tender procurement of laptops for the MARCOMS Department at the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad. This is a goods procurement under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are outlined in the standard bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) platform at the reference link P128197.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process and are required to review all eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria detailed in the procurement documents before submitting their proposals. The procurement follows established procurement guidelines and regulatory requirements applicable to federal institutions in Pakistan.
