Description / Scope of Work
PAF Base Rafiqui invites sealed tenders for maintenance, uplifting and purchase of sports equipment and facilities. The scope encompasses maintenance of multiple sports fields including cricket ground, football, futsal, kabaddi, basketball, badminton, volleyball, squash, archery, tennis courts, open air gym, athletic field and jogging track, as well as procurement of sports gears and equipment for cricket, tennis, football, hockey, basketball, badminton, volleyball, squash, gym and athletics disciplines. The tender is issued under the authority of the Officer Commanding PAF Base Rafiqui, located in the Federal region. Detailed specifications for all items are available upon request from the Sports Officer.
Bidders must submit sealed tenders in the prescribed format. The Officer Commanding reserves absolute discretion to accept or reject any or all tenders on technical grounds without assigning reasons. Quotations should be addressed to the Sports Officer, PAF Base Rafiqui. No specific bid security amount, financial eligibility criteria or registration prerequisites are stipulated in this notice.
Sealed tenders must be submitted by 07 October 2026 at 1000 hours. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 1100 hours. Interested bidders should contact the Sports Officer on telephone extension 5213 or the main base line 046-2201000 for detailed specifications and clarifications. The Officer Commanding's extension is 5011 for administrative inquiries.
