Description / Scope of Work
Air University, Islamabad Campus is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of furniture comprising bunk beds and mattresses across its campuses. This is a national-level goods procurement conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique. The procurement is funded through reserved allocations for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) to participate. All eligible bids will be evaluated based on lowest cost, and the contract will be awarded to the successful bidder meeting technical and financial requirements.
Eligible bidders must submit sealed bids through ePADS v2.0 with bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a signed bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities and must comply with the integrity pact and other mandatory declarations included in the tender documents. The bid documents are available on the ePADS portal at the specified reference link and include detailed specifications, general and special conditions of contract, performance guarantee requirements, and procurement forms.
Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS v2.0 on or before October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission is not permitted. Interested bidders must first register on ePADS v2.0 to access the full bidding documents and submit their proposals.
