Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of specialized testing equipment for its Quality Testing Van Network. The procurement covers four types of high-precision laboratory instruments required to support PSO's quality assurance operations across its retail and distribution network in Sindh and nationwide. The equipment includes Micro Distillation Units (2 units) compliant with ASTM D-7345 for rapid fuel distillation analysis, Automatic Flash Point Testers (2 units) meeting ASTM D-93 standards with compact dimensions suitable for mobile van deployment, Portable RON Analyzers (2 units) using NIR spectroscopy to determine Research and Motor Octane Numbers in field conditions, and Colour Comparators (2 units) for visual determination of petroleum product specifications per ASTM D-1500. All equipment must be complete with accessories, calibration tools, instruction manuals, compliance certificates, and software as specified.
Quotations should be submitted by qualified suppliers capable of providing equipment meeting international ASTM standards with factory calibration, local support, and comprehensive installation at PSO House, Karachi. Bidders must submit detailed product specifications including make, model, origin, all technical parameters, accessories list, and unit pricing in Pakistani Rupees. Earnest money is required as specified by PSO. The equipment must demonstrate suitability for field deployment in mobile Quality Testing Vans with emphasis on robustness, compact design, automatic calibration features, and user-friendly digital interfaces.
