Three sewer line laying contracts totalling over Rs 3.29 million across different Rawalpindi localities, each with 30-day execution windows.
Projects are modest infrastructure works typical of municipal sanitation programmes. Key constraint: mandatory PEC registration and active tax status. All submissions must use Punjab e-procurement portal only. Tight deadline and rigid compliance requirements suggest routine municipal procurement rather than complex engineering.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in the appropriate construction category. Registration on Punjab E-Procurement System, active NTN with FBR, and PRA registration for financial year 2026-27 are compulsory. Only firms with current tax payer status qualify. Typically, civil contractors in C-1 or higher category apply for sewer works.
