Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for two dredging and desilting projects in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The first project involves dredging and desilting of Nullah Abbasiabad UC 18 with an estimated cost of Rs. 741,300, while the second project covers dredging and desilting of Nullah from IJP Road Rawalpindi side to Lai Nullah Katarian Bridge with an estimated cost of Rs. 924,600. Both projects must be completed within 30 days. The tender is issued under tender specification numbers D(S&D)/WAS/334 and D(S&D)/WAS/333, both dated 09 July 2026.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the respective category and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System with active tax payer status for financial year 2026-27. Registrations with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) are mandatory. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Current PPRA Rules will be strictly applicable, and any violation will result in bid rejection.

Bids must be uploaded through the same portal by 16 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day by the Tender Opening Committee. Manual bids are not acceptable.
