Description / Scope of Work
The Health Department, Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids from qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized distributors for two major developmental schemes. These projects, identified as ADP Schemes No. 1071 and 1072, involve the establishment and upgradation of skill laboratories at multiple Public Health and Paramedical Schools across the province, including centers in Jamshoro, Larkana, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, and Mithi. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure under Rule 46 of the SPP Rules 2010. Interested bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR or SRB and must submit their proposals exclusively through the EPADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of 3,000 Rupees is required along with a fixed bid security for the quoted items. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 Noon on the same day at the Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi.
