Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Highway Department, Highways Division Pakpattan, invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for six road rehabilitation and special repair projects in Tehsil Arifwala and District Pakpattan, Punjab. The works comprise rehabilitation of metalled roads from DM Road to Hotta Road, from Thana Ahmad Yar to District Boundary Vehari, from WAPDA Office Road to Eastern Bypass, Eid Gah Road from Faisal Chowk to Qaboola Bypass, Pul Jurian to Chak No.88/EB, and special repair of Pakpattan-Kamir Road to Chak No.8/EB with a combined estimated value of approximately 383.318 million Pakistani rupees. Eligible participants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and codes, hold a valid renewed PEC License for the financial year 2026-27, and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders are required to submit bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost exclusively through digital online payment via the Punjab E-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Pakpattan. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter in the form of CDR, bank draft, cashier cheque, pay order, or bank guarantee valid for 03 months beyond the completion period.
