Description / Scope of Work
District Council Okara invites electronic bids from registered contractors and firms for an Annual Framework Contract for Arrangements of Different Events. The estimated cost of the contract is PKR 40 million, and the procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement system in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. This framework contract will cover various event arrangements and services for the District Council throughout the contract period, providing flexible capacity for managing multiple events as required by the organization in Okara, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement system and possess valid registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Revenue Authority (PRA) for both NTN and PNTN, and be compliant with PPRA requirements. A bid security of PKR 2,000,000 (representing 5 percent of the estimated cost) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System in the name of Chief Officer District Council Okara. Only electronic bid security submissions are accepted; no physical financial instruments will be considered valid. Bidders must ensure their registrations are current and all compliance documentation is in order before submission.
Complete electronic bids in PDF format must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bid submission deadline is 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 PM. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from submission. Bidders should upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
