Description / Scope of Work
The Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-bids from reputable and experienced human resource outsourcing firms for the provision of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled staff. This comprehensive procurement covers a wide range of personnel including medical officers, laboratory professionals, technicians, administrative staff, receptionists, and general support staff such as naib qasids and gardeners. The selected firm will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of staff management, including preliminary screening, detailed background verification, credential checks, and efficient monthly payroll processing across various university campuses and collection centers. Interested bidders must demonstrate valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax, as well as the Sindh Revenue Board. A bid security of 500,000 Rupees is required along with a non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees. The contract is initially offered for a period of twelve months with the possibility of extension based on performance. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 11 May 2026.
