Description / Scope of Work
Bolan Mining Enterprises, a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites sealed bids from registered contractors and companies for four distinct procurement tenders in Balochistan province. Tender TD-26 covers supply of brand new polypropylene woven jumbo bags (1.5 ton capacity, export quality, safety factor 6:1) for the BME Khuzdar site. Tender TD-27 seeks supply of tyres for miscellaneous vehicles as per specified sizes and requirements. Tender TD-28 involves supply of miscellaneous items including CCTV systems with UPS 3KVA, all-in-one computers with licensed software, colour printers, RO plants, split air conditioners (1 ton and 1.5 ton reversible units), and multi-functional photocopiers for BME Head Office in Quetta and the Khuzdar site. Tender TD-29 provides for third-party manpower provision for BME Nokkundi operations in Balochistan.
Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Tender documents cost PKR 5,000 each, payable via pay order or online transfer to Allied Bank Ltd account PK29ABPA0010018307500017. Bid security of 2 percent of total bid value is mandatory. Single-stage envelope procedures apply to tenders TD-26 to TD-28, while TD-29 follows two-envelope single-stage PPRA rules. Tenders TD-26 to TD-29 are governed by PPRA procurement regulations.
Tender documents are available for collection from BME House, 3B and 8B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan, from 21 September to 28 September 2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). Sealed bids must reach the submission point on or before 6 October 2026 at 3:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 3:30 PM the same day. Bidders must clearly mark sealed envelopes with tender number and item details.
