National Bank of Pakistan invites bids for the procurement, supply and installation of 165 air conditioning units across its branches and offices throughout Pakistan. The requirement spans four capacity categories: 1.0 ton, 1.5 ton, 2.0 ton and 4.0 ton units, to be deployed at multiple NBP locations nationwide. This is a goods procurement via single stage-one envelope bidding. The procurement is managed by the Engineering department under the SVP/Wing Head (South) through the Procurement Division at NBP Head Office in Karachi, Sindh.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant registration and compliance certifications. Bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration is mandatory. Technical evaluation criteria will assess product quality, compliance, delivery capability and after-sales service provisions. Past experience with similar supplies and financial capacity documentation will be evaluated during the qualification phase.
