Description / Scope of Work
The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Science and Technology Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment for C3A at the NUST H-12 campus in Islamabad. This procurement is planned under FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the purchase. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope process using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those registered on EPADS v2.0 and meeting the procurement eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents. The procurement follows national bidding procedures with all contractual obligations governed by the General and Special Conditions of Contract included in the tender package.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before October 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 2:30 PM.
