Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Air) of the Pakistan Air Force, operating from PAF Base Nur Khan Rawalpindi in Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the supply and procurement of critical aviation maintenance items. Two procurement packages are advertised: procurement of engine spares comprising 73 line items in various units (IT No. 415355/P-41) and procurement of aircraft tyres in quantities of two units (IT No. 415350/P-41). Both contracts are categorised as Foreign Exchange (FE) items with a performance period of six months following contract signature. These are re-tenders, indicating prior procurement cycles for these essential operational supplies.
Eligible participants must comply with PAF procurement guidelines and Standard Bidding Documents (SBD). Unregistered or un-indexed firms with the Directorate General of Defence Procurement (DGDP) must provide documentary evidence of financial capability through a minimum of six months of bank statements, proof of godown and manufacturing or stocking capability, two photocopies of the proprietor's National Identity Card for FOR tenders, and valid agency agreements with Original Equipment Manufacturers. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 debatable to Main Head XLVII, Main Head XII, Sub Head A is required. Firms must also submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 prior to tender document issuance. Past performance regarding contract defaults, late deliveries, and delayed Bank Guarantee submissions will be evaluated as a critical benchmark for quotation acceptance or rejection.

Requests for tender documents by unregistered firms must be submitted seven days before the tender opening date to ADP-41 via email at pa05@paf.gov.pk or by telephone at 051-9281361. Sealed tenders will be opened on 20 October 2026 and 21 October 2026 respectively at 1030 hours, with formal opening at 1100 hours at DP Air, PAF Base Nur Khan Rawalpindi.
