Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Sukkur Zone invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of one 15kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) unit intended for installation at the Zonal Office in Gambat, Sindh Province. The procurement is planned under the financial year 2026-27 with reference number P130639. This is a goods procurement under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology, employing Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) platform for all registered bidders.
Eligible bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. All bids must comply with the detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements outlined in the complete bidding document available on the ePADS portal. Bidders are required to register themselves on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process and access all procurement documentation.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the bidding document instructions must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM using the ePADS v2.0 system.
