Peshawar Electric Supply Company invites e-bids for 41 electrification works contracts across multiple districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province under National Competitive Bidding. The tender encompasses bifurcation of high-tension feeders, installation of independent feeder lines to commercial establishments, transportation of poles, area planning for commercial feeder creation, and comprehensive electrification works in various constituencies and administrative divisions. Total estimated contract values range from PKR 1.5 million to PKR 13.5 million per individual work, with cumulative procurement value exceeding PKR 300 million. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA including EPAD V 2.0 platform and hold renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration for financial category C-6 and above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27. Bidders must be active taxpayers with Federal Board of Revenue and provincial authorities, having been awarded minimum two contracts within the preceding ten years. Financial qualification requires certified audited statements from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan or Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan demonstrating average annual turnover of seventy percent of estimated cost and financial resources of thirty percent of estimated cost. Bid security of two percent of estimated project cost must be submitted as original sealed cash deposit receipt from scheduled Pakistani banks, with additional three percent security required for bids quoted below ten percent of engineered estimate.
Bidding documents are available exclusively to registered bidders on EPAD V 2.0 portal at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk. Tender cost of PKR 2,000 per project must be deposited into ABL Account No. 0305-0010000-720750018 before bid closing. All bids close simultaneously on October 5, 2026 at 10:00 hours with opening at 10:30 hours at Project Director (C&O) PESCO office in Peshawar. Bidding documents must be uploaded to EPAD platform duly signed and stamped on all pages. Unbalanced, unjustified, and impractically low bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
