Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah in Choa Saidan Shah, Punjab invites interested contractors to participate in an open auction for various income-generating contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The auction includes three primary lots: the Wagon Stand contract with a reserve price of 2,310,000 Rupees and a security deposit of 250,000 Rupees, the Cattle Gate fee collection with a reserve price of 300,000 Rupees and 40,000 Rupees security, and the Slaughterhouse fee collection set at a reserve price of 30,000 Rupees with a 5,000 Rupee security deposit. Eligible participants must be registered contractors with a valid District Government registration certificate and CNIC. The contract duration is specified for one year, starting from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The public auction is scheduled to take place at 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026 at the office of the Municipal Committee. All participants must adhere to the Punjab Local Governments Auction and Collection Rights Rules 2016.
