Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Taxombudsman Secretariat, located in Islamabad, invites sealed bids from GST and NTN registered firms through ePADs of PPRA for the procurement of information technology equipment. The tender covers seven Dell Inspiration 3530 laptops (or equivalent) with 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processors, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD storage, and 15.6-inch FHD displays running Windows 11 Pro, along with two HP ScanJet Enterprises Flow 7000 s3 scanners (or equivalent) featuring 600 dpi resolution, automatic document feeders capable of handling 80 sheets of Xerox 4024 75g/m2 paper at 60-120 PPM, and USB 3.0/3.1 connectivity. The equipment will be delivered to the FTO Secretariat headquarters in Islamabad. This is a one-time procurement of standard office IT infrastructure necessary for the organisation's operational needs.
Bidders must be registered taxpayers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess valid GST and NTN registration certificates. The firm must submit proof that it has never been blacklisted by any Government department. Bidders are required to provide a warranty or guarantee on all products for at least one year, including maintenance and repair or replacement of parts as needed. Earnest money equal to 2% of the total quoted tender cost must be submitted as a call deposit in the name of DDO, FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. Successful bidders will bear all costs associated with delivery of equipment to the FTO Secretariat in Islamabad.
Tenders must be uploaded through ePADS (Version 2.0) of PPRA by 09 October 2026 at 10:00 hours; no tender will be entertained after this deadline. The Purchase Committee will open and evaluate proposals on the same day at 10:30 hours in the presence of bidder representatives at the FTO Secretariat in Islamabad. All bidders must provide proof of GST registration, NTN number, and a certificate confirming no blacklisting by Government departments. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in light of PPRA Rules. Incomplete and late submissions will not be considered.
