Description / Scope of Work
Relief International invites registered Pakistani civil society organisations (CSOs) to express interest in helping design and potentially implement a proposed three-year programme connecting inclusive learning and skills development with sustainable livelihoods across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan provinces. The programme prioritises vulnerable young adults, particularly women and persons with disabilities, combining education with practical skills training and livelihood opportunities. Relief International seeks partners with demonstrated local knowledge, established community relationships and relevant expertise in education, skills training or livelihood development who can contribute meaningfully to programme design decisions and on-ground delivery in these regions.
Eligible applicants must be registered Pakistani civil society organisations with established operational presence and credible track records in their target communities. Organisations should demonstrate financial management capacity, transparent governance structures and experience working with vulnerable populations. While this is an Expression of Interest process rather than a formal tender, shortlisted partners will undergo capacity assessment and due diligence evaluation. The programme remains subject to donor funding approval and Relief International's internal authorisations, and shortlisting does not guarantee a grant or contract award.
