Supply of Stationery, Printing, Computer Items and Transport Services by Punjab Police

The Punjab Police Department invites electronic bids for a comprehensive frame work procurement covering four distinct categories: purchase of stationery items valued at 800,000 Pakistan Rupees, printing and publication items at 700,000 Pakistan Rupees, computer stationery at 700,000 Pakistan Rupees, miscellaneous other items at 700,000 Pakistan Rupees, and transport repair services valued at 2,000,000 Pakistan Rupees, for a combined estimated project value of 4,900,000 Pakistan Rupees for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is conducted by the Police Department, Government of Punjab, through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Eligible bidders must be firms engaged as general order suppliers registered with the Tax Department for Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax. Bid security of three percent of the estimated amount (147,000 Pakistan Rupees total) must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System before the closing deadline. Bidders are required to obtain valid NTN/Income Tax, Sales Tax/Punjab Sales Tax registration and other statutory documents as specified in the bidding documents. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website with the closing date and time being 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opening scheduled for 07 October 2026 at 11:30 AM.
