Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority invites e-bids for the procurement of training material across three lots for Govt. College of Technology Women in Sargodha, Punjab. Lot 1 covers procurement of training material for DAE CIT and Architecture Technology valued at PKR 312,818. Lot 2 addresses training material for DDM (Dress Designing and Making) valued at PKR 537,179. Lot 3 covers training material for G-III (FD and Beautician) courses valued at PKR 210,156. The tender is issued under Single Stage One Envelope procedure on an accumulative cost basis least cost method. Total estimated procurement value across all three lots is approximately PKR 1.06 million for this financial year 2026-27.
Bidders must be active tax payers registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Department. A refundable bid security of 5% of the estimated amount for each lot must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders participating in multiple lots are required to submit separate e-bids for each lot. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with other required documents as mentioned in the tender document must accompany all bids for evaluation and eligibility verification.
Complete bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login no later than 11:00 AM on 12-10-2026.
