Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Agency (TEVTA) invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for the General Electrician Trade programme at Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar in Punjab. The tender is issued under Single Stage One Envelope procedure with an estimated value of Rs. 2,602,600 and will be evaluated on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method. This procurement supports vocational training delivery at the college and encompasses all necessary materials required for General Electrician trade instruction and practical skill development.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. A refundable bid security of Rs. 130,130 (equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated amount) is required to be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. All bidders must provide Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with other supporting documents as specified in the tender document. The bidding procedure is conducted entirely online to ensure transparency and accessibility.

Completed bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk no later than 11:00 AM on 13-10-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date.
