Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt) Ltd, a solar power generation company based in Lahore, Punjab, invites bids from recognized and experienced sole proprietors, wholesale dealers, and company agents for the procurement of laptops. The tender is for an estimated budget of Rs. 8.9 million and will be published on the E-Procurement portal, PPRA website, and QASPL website. The scope covers supply of laptops to meet the organization's IT infrastructure requirements, with delivery required at the QASPL head office in Lahore, Gulberg III.
Bidders must be registered with respective legal and tax authorities to be eligible for participation. A bid security of Rs. 356,000 (4 percent of the estimated budget of Rs. 8.9 million) is required to be submitted online on the E-Procurement portal in favor of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt) Ltd. The bid security must accompany the technical bid and remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline. All rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes in Pakistani Rupees.
Bidders can download tender documents free of cost from the E-Procurement portal, PPRA website, or QASPL website. Bids must be submitted on the E-Procurement platform on 09 October 2026 by 11:00 AM, and opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives at the QASPL office.
