Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of Lenovo computers intended for the Management Information System Directorate of DHA City Karachi. The tender covers the provision of computers with specifications and quantities as detailed in the complete tender documents available from the Procurement Directorate. This procurement is being undertaken to equip the management information systems function within the defence officers housing complex in Karachi, Sindh province.
Bidders must be registered vendors capable of supplying branded Lenovo computers with full warranty coverage and after-sales support. No alternative makes or models will be accepted; equipment must strictly comply with the specifications provided in the tender documents. Bidders should possess requisite business registration and tax compliance credentials. The tender fee of Rs 2,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted as a pay order in favour of PDOHA City Karachi when obtaining bidding documents.
Bidding documents are obtainable from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office until 1600 hours on 28 September 2026 upon submission of a written application and tender fee payment. Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the same office by 1430 hours on 29 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the same date. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, valid for one month. Delivery schedules, warranty details, and validity periods must be clearly specified.
