Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites e-bids through the EPADS website of SPPRA Sindh for three procurement packages under its Financial Year 2026-2027 budget allocation. The works comprise supply of IT equipment for the CCO office at KW&SC estimated at PKR 25,81,800, interior finishing, renovation and electrical works for the E&S room valued at PKR 22,42,800, and supply of office furniture, equipment and accessories for E&S and environmental rooms costing PKR 29,35,150. All three contracts are funded from KW&SC's own budget grant (KWSC0002) totalling 50 million rupees and will be procured through open competitive bidding using single-stage one-envelope procedure in accordance with SPP Rules-2010 as amended. The works are to be completed within twenty days of award.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), maintain active taxpayer status (ATL), and possess Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration with field specialization in category EE-09. Bidders must demonstrate technical experience of at least five similar repair and maintenance works completed during the last three years (July 2023 to June 2026), with at least one project valued at 80 percent of the estimated cost or two projects at 50 percent minimum. Financial documentation including three years of income tax returns and audit reports showing average annual turnover not less than the estimated contract value must be submitted. Bid security of PKR 60,000 is required from each bidder, submitted as a pay-order from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of KW&SC. Affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted must accompany all submissions.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded to the EPADS website on or before 07 October 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bid opening and announcement will occur on 07 October 2026 at 2:30 PM at the office of the Accounts Officer (Project), Room No.13, Block C, 9th Mile Karsaz Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, in the presence of the procurement committee and interested bidders.
