Description / Scope of Work
The Govt Special Education Centre Pakpattan invites online bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement system for the procurement of uniform items for special students (boys and girls) for both winter and summer seasons. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs 750,000 for the financial year 2026-27. The centre is located in Pakpattan, Punjab, and aims to provide quality uniforms for its special education students.
Participating bidders must be registered with income tax or sales tax authorities and must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA Punjab. All bidders are required to deposit bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs 37,500) through online banking via 1Link or online bank transfer against a generated PSID with proof of payment attached to tender documents. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount at the time of contract award.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement system and can be downloaded before the closing deadline. Tender forms must be submitted without overwriting or cutting and must be signed by the bidder. Bids will be submitted by 11:00 AM on 12 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day at the centre office. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes.
