Description / Scope of Work
Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan invites e-bids from potential firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the purchase of stationery items under the university budget for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted on a delivery, duty paid basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a single-stage one-envelope procedure in accordance with rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Three separate lots are offered: LOT-I with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,275,000, LOT-II with an estimated cost of Rs. 400,000, and LOT-III with an estimated cost of Rs. 637,000, for a total procurement value of approximately Rs. 2,312,000. The project is located in Multan, Punjab.
Bidders must be income tax and sales tax registered with established credentials demonstrating technical, financial and managerial capabilities. A bid security deposit equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required. Eligible suppliers, distributors and dealers holding valid registration and business licenses are invited to participate. All bidders must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated in the complete bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 13th October 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date.
