A. Cafeteria, Food Stalls, Arenas & SwingsTenancy Duration: 5 years for Cafeteria / Food Stalls, Padel Arena, Cricket Arena, and Coffee Shop; 1 year for Non-Mechanical Swings. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT): Infrastructure must be constructed under BOT model according to HA-approved designs within a 3-month construction window. Lease Extension: Re-assessment after 5 years; lessee can extend for an additional 3 years at 10% above the new market assessment value. Rent Escalation: 10% annual increase in lease/rent amount. Handover Clause: Upon expiry of the contract, all constructed stalls/arenas must be handed over to the authority without any cost claim.
