Description / Scope of Work
The Principal of Govt. Zamindar Graduate College, Gujrat invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for auction of the college canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. The reserved price for this procurement is Rs. 1,000,000 and bidders are required to submit a call deposit of 5 percent of the reserved price. This is a recurring annual contract with validity from 07-10-2026 to 06-10-2027, and may be extended for a further one year subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The canteen operation is a key revenue-generating function for the college and is open to interested male bidders meeting specified eligibility criteria.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid renewed registration license issued by the office of Punjab Revenue Authority and are required to submit an attested computerized national identity card, NTN or STN certificate, and a non-blacklisting affidavit on 100 rupee stamp paper. Bidders who have previously defaulted with Govt. Zamindar Graduate College or any other government or semi-government institution are barred from participation. The bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order must be submitted in the name of the Principal and must accompany the bid submission. All bids must be submitted exclusively of tax, with tax payable separately by the successful bidder.
Bidding documents are available from the website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement Punjab system before the closing date of 07-10-2026. Interested bidders should download the complete bidding documents from the PPRA website for detailed terms and conditions. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12.00 noon. The college will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in bid preparation and submission.
