Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (PRMPU) under the Planning & Development Board invites electronic bids from registered traders for the installation of a solar system at its office located at 06-A Ahmad Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, Punjab. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 15,000,000 and the project encompasses the complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar power generation infrastructure to support the organisation's energy requirements. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, with contracts to be awarded on a complete package basis.
Bidders must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. A bid security of PKR 300,000 (equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost) is mandatory and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PSID) in accordance with current PPRA regulations. All participating contractors must comply with the technical specifications and general conditions of contract outlined in the bidding document.

Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
