District Council Muzaffargarh invites tenders for nine annual frame work contracts for the financial year 2026-27 through e-procurement via Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. The total estimated procurement value exceeds Rs 298 million for infrastructure development and maintenance across Muzaffargarh District, Punjab.
Bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes, or maintain appropriate business registration. All electronic bids must be accompanied by 5 percent bid security of the estimated price submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments or CDR/PO/Bank Guarantees will be accepted except those submitted on the e-Procurement platform. Bidders shall quote rates against each entry item of DNIT/BOQS instead of percentages and must completely fill all rates analysis and summary pages as required by the procuring agency, with incomplete financial bids declared non-responsive.

Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedures per PPRA 2014 Rules. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 01:00 PM on 09-10-2026, with opening scheduled for 01:30 PM the same day in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at District Council Muzaffargarh.
